The resolution published herewith adopted on June 23, 2026 by the fire district board of fire commissioners, and approved by the voters of the Bridgeport Fire District on the 28th day of July 2026, may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the Bridgeport Fire District is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding
BRUSH AND DEBRIS PICKUP WILL START ON MONDAY, JULY 20, 2026
NOTICE TO TOWN RESIDENTS:
Brush and debris pickup in Seneca Falls will start on Monday, July 20th. Please have debris at the roadside ON THE NIGHT BEFORE COLLECTION DAY.
One pass per street. No return trips will be made.
One truckload per household.
Leaves must be in paper bags. They will not be picked up in plastic bags or piles along the street.
Branches must be no longer than 4 feet in length, 12 inches in diameter and must be placed parallel to the road.
