The sentence which previously read, “Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions orrequests for information must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 3, 2025,” has been changed to read “Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All questions or requests for information must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 25, 2025”per the attached revised advertisement for bids.

Sealed proposals from Suppliers for the furnishing the chemicals will be received by the Town of Seneca Falls at the Office of the Clerk at 130 Ovid Street, Seneca Falls, New York, 13148 until 2:30 p.m. local time on September 24, 2025 at which time the proposals received will be publicly opened and recorded.
