Seneca County Healthy Neighborhood Program (HNP) provides eligible Seneca County residents with home assessments to identify any environmental hazards or safety concerns. Based on the in-home assessment, HNP staff will implement strategies and provide free materials to address environmental hazards and concerns in the home.
