A Public Hearing before the Town Board of the Town of Seneca Falls, New York, will be held on the 1st day of October 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Seneca Falls Town Offices, 130 Ovid Street, Seneca Falls, New York regarding the adoption of proposed Local Law #3 of the Town of Seneca Falls for the year 2024. This local law would establish the Department of Public Works and assign certain administrative functions and duties to the Director of Public Works.
At the Public Hearing, any person in attendance will have an opportunity to be heard on this proposed Local Law. The public, residents and property owners are invited to attend the Public Hearing and to present oral or written statements or other documents concerning this proposed Local Law.
