The Town of Seneca Falls Water and Sewer Department will be performing preventive cleaning and maintenance of sewer lines in the town. This work is necessary to provide reliable sewer service and meet federally-mandated cleaning requirements. Work will begin on January 2, 2025 in the Ken-Mor area and continuous throughout the month of January in various locations.
During this process, we will insert a nozzle in the sewer lines and internally wash the system. This work may cause “burping” sounds or an odor in your home. Please close toilet lids and open a window or door if an odor is detected.
