The Commission is comprised of five members appointed by the Town Council for terms of five years and serves as an advisory board to the community for town owned cemeteries— Bridgeport, Fox, Pioneer and Restvale.
The general function of the Cemetery Commission shall be to oversee the operation and maintenance of the Town Cemeteries within the parameters of the annual budgetary appropriation provided by the Town Council as set forth in the Town Code.
